Helene Verdi operates an online catalog of fine art prints, limited edition serigraphs, and archival reproductions. The catalog is intended for informational purposes, enabling collectors and interior designers to review available works, provenance notes, medium specifications, and framing recommendations. The website does not constitute an offer to sell; each acquisition is confirmed individually through a private viewing appointment.
You may browse the catalog for personal, non-commercial research. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of catalog text, images, or descriptions without prior written consent is prohibited. When requesting a viewing appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the requested appointment solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential acquisition.
Helene Verdi commits to maintaining accurate descriptions of each work, including medium, edition size, and provenance notes. We reserve the right to withdraw a work from the catalog at any time, to correct typographical or descriptive errors, and to decline a viewing request without providing a reason. All works are sold subject to availability and prior confirmation.
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the catalog, Helene Verdi does not warrant that descriptions, color representations, or condition notes are error-free. Slight variations between the digital representation and the physical work may occur due to screen calibration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helene Verdi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the catalog or any information contained within it.
We may restrict or terminate access to the catalog if we reasonably suspect that the terms have been violated, particularly in cases of unauthorized reproduction of catalog content or misuse of the appointment request system. Upon termination, any rights granted under these terms cease immediately.
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the catalog, legal requirements, or operational practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the catalog after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
